Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or handmade items may require additional processing time, noted on product pages.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship primarily via USPS for lightweight items (like stickers).

  • Larger items (shirts, home goods, etc.) may ship via UPS or FedEx depending on size and destination.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Stickers ship free (cost included in product price).

  • Apparel and other merchandise are subject to weight-based shipping rates calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply to orders over $75 (when offered).

Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

  • International shipping times vary by destination and may take 2–4 weeks.

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays

  • ModRoot Living is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at modrootliving@gmail.com and we’ll assist.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when possible, send a replacement.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
