• Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Process: Contact us at modrootliving@gmail.com to initiate a return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Exclusions: Clearance items, perishable goods, and personalized products are non‑returnable unless defective.

• Exchanges: If you need a different size or replacement, we’ll process an exchange at no extra cost.
